What does "Member" mean in the shop?
We offer exclusive discounts to members of the Ontario Electrical League. “Member” indicates that discount in our shop.
I'm an OEL member. How do I access my member discount?
Please log in on your Account Homepage before purchasing. Use the email that you registered with the Ontario Electrical League to sign in. If it’s your first time logging in to your account on this platform, and you haven’t received an email with your login details, click on “lost your password?” to finish setting up your account.
Once you’ve logged in to your account, the discount will be applied automatically.
If your discount is not applied, please contact us to solve the issue.
How do I access my online course?
Once you’ve purchased an on-demand online course from our shop, you can access it under “Courses” on your Account Homepage.
Click on the course to see its description, modules and materials. Then, click on a module to see its content.
I've purchased a live course. What's next?
You can find all details, such as the location, time or URL (for virtual events) in a PDF document under “Downloads” on your Account Homepage.
Then, just get ready for the big day!
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Of course! You can take several online courses, live courses or a mix of both. All information will be kept separate on your account.
My payment did not go through. What do I do?
Please check under “Orders” on your Account Homepage to confirm whether the order went through.
– If it says the order was cancelled, you can try purchasing again.
– If it says “pending”, click on the “pay” option to try paying again.
– If it says “completed”, that means the payment went through and you should see your purchase under “My Courses” or “Downloads”.
